Festival of Trees Shadowbox

I love "fancy fold" cards that are easy to make! Someone had this idea on their blog, but I've misplaced my notes. Please let me know if it was your project!

This is a simple shadowbox card, but I love using Festival of Trees with the  matching Tree punch, and I love the colors!

Merry & Bright Christmas

We made this card last month at Stamp Club, and I really like it! It's simple and homey, and that's how I like my Christmas. The technique is "inlaid punches," which simply means that you punch a shape in your layer, and then punch again from another pattern, which you lay inside the hole you left. We added a little shine with the  Confetti Stars punch and some Gold Foil. The sentiment is from the host set Good Greetings.
