Glitter Tape and Flowering Fields DSP

Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper (DSP) is one of my all-time favorite papers! It will be going away the end of March, so make sure you get your pack before the end of Sale-a-bration!

There are a few other Sale-a-bration products on this card, as well: Glitter Tape, Botanicals Vellum, and the happy birthday stamp from Sky Is the Limit.

The Glitter Tape comes in a pack of 3: Gold, Silver, and White. For this card, I used a Sponge Dauber to add Lost Lagoon ink to the White Glitter Tape. I love that you can see through it to the DSP behind.

What has been your favorite Sale-a-bration item for 2016?

Kraft Triple Butterfly

We made this card at Stamp Club last week. It features Kraft cardstock (sold in 12x12 size). I love the rich color! It's a bit more rustic than Crumb Cake. The greeting is from Cottage Greetings, and the butterfly die is from Bold Butterfly Framelits. Don't you love that Brick Wall embossing folder? It's becoming one of my favorites.

Polka Dots for Everyone!

I shared this card yesterday on my business Facebook page, Amy's Card Buffet. I hope you'll follow me there--it's the best way to hear about specials, updates, and events!

This is a "catalog CASE," meaning I found a card in the new 2015 catalog that I loved, and made a card somewhat like it. Stampin Up catalogs are *great* sources of inspiration! If you look on page 17, you'll see that I used the same colors and the Happy Patterns Masks as in the sample, but I used a different greeting and did kind of my own thing with it.

You may have skimmed right over the Happy Patterns Masks when you went through the catalog. Here is a picture:
You get 4 different masks for $6. Each one is 6x6, so it easily covers a card or medium-sized mixed media project. You can spritz, sponge, color, or whatever you like! They wash off easily and don't take much room to store.

Wisteria Watercolor Wash Butterfly

I've been playing with my new Watercolor Wash background stamp. Are you like me, thinking  "I can just do a watercolor wash with an Aquapainter and ink!" But *would* I ??? That's the big difference. It can be frustrating to try watercolor techniques on regular cardstock, and this stamp makes it sooooo easy! What do you think???

Bermuda Banners

This is really kind of a "bits and pieces" card. This embossed background and card base have been sitting on my stamp table for months. They were originally supposed to be part of a card for a Stamp Club night, but it didn't work out. We broke up.

I had plans for a Watercolor Wings butterfly that I thought would go with this card base, but it wasn't meant to be! That butterfly had to find a different home. The banners just stole the show. I punched them all with my fancy new Banner Triple Punch. No uneven banners--yay!

Notecard and Mini Treat Bag for the Catalog Kickoff

As you may know, the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits set is one of my very favorite things in the whole catalog! So I knew we had to use it last week at the Catalog Kickoff. Here is a closeup of the card:

And here is how they look put together:
I love the peek-a-boo effect with the die cut star! The stamp comes from a new set made to match this favorite die set, You're So Sweet.

Don't forget you can earn a FREE Catalog Bonus Pack for every order $40 or more that you place using the Host Code R4KJVSH3. Offer good through June 29. See this post to get all the details!
(If your order is $150 or larger, please *don't* use the host code--then you'll receive the Stampin Rewards yourself!)
