Post Number 1000: Wedding Flourishes with Copper Embossing

I can't believe it's true, but Google says it, so it must be! One thousand posts on this blog! Wow, that seems like a lot. I started this blog in 2008, after deciding to change my business from only Card Buffets to a more broad-based stamping and paper crafting approach.  I'd like to think my art has improved, but my style hasn't really changed. I'm still mostly a clean and simple stamper, with a few fun details.

It has been wedding season among our friends' children, so I needed to add a few to my stash. I used Mint Macaron (some straight, some stamped off once) and Bermuda Bay here, with a few Copper embossing details. I think the copper just adds a little formality and makes the card more interesting. It's hard to see in the photo, but the edges of the stamped panel are also embossed, to add a bit of structure.

Don't forget to use the Host Code N9VFGKK2 when placing your order this month! I'll send you my new Technique Sheet and a sample card for the Color Me Technique.
