Brown Sugar Tags

Need last minute tags??? You probably have everything you need already out in your crafting area! Tags are great ways to use up the scraps and shiny bits left over from other projects, or small pieces of those special papers you're hoarding. (You know what I'm talking about, right?)

We made these tags at December's Club Appreciation Night. The base is Baked Brown Sugar for both tags, but the tags have very different styles.

For this tag, we used the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch--I love that it punches the hole, too. A little texture with the Decorative Dots embossing folder, a few scraps of sparkle and the banner punch from my desk, and all we needed was a little stamping. The "sparkle" (love it!) comes from the set And Many More.

This elegant tag was super fast to make. We die cut the cardstock and the Gold Fancy Foil Designer Vellum with the Pennant Framelits. The gold stripes make it easy to hide adhesive on the back. We made a little hole reinforcer with a hole punch and the 3/4" circle punch with Gold Foil. I love the Lucky Stars embossing folder from the Holiday catalog, and the Gold 1/8" ribbon and Gold Baker's Twine finish off the glitzy effect.
